These terms govern your use of the AppHive Solutions website at https://apphivesolutions.com. By using the site you accept these terms. Engagements for software development services are governed by a separate statement of work or master services agreement signed by both parties — those documents prevail over anything here.

Content on this site — including descriptions of our products, engagement models, and indicative pricing — is provided for general information. Indicative "from" pricing is not an offer; final scope and fees are agreed in writing after a scoping call. We may update content at any time without notice.
3. Intellectual property
The AppHive name, logo, site design, and content are owned by AppHive Solutions. Product names referenced (ChemSphere, Jobsflix ATS, Nexus AI, and others) are our products or brands. You may not reproduce site content commercially without written permission. IP ownership for client engagements — including assignment of work product — is defined in the applicable services agreement.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt service, probe or breach security, scrape at abusive volumes, or submit unlawful content through our forms.
5. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. References to compliance frameworks (such as SOC 2, HIPAA, or GDPR) describe architectural practices we follow in client builds and are not certifications of this website or a guarantee of your regulatory compliance, which depends on your overall program.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppHive Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability arising from service engagements is addressed in the applicable services agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes relating to this website are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
